Is my money safe?
AutoCoin never touches your funds. The bots trade through trade-only API keys and scoped permissions that cannot withdraw, and your money stays at your exchange, your brokerage, or in your own wallet. What nobody can remove is market risk: trading can lose money and every bot has losing stretches. Only trade capital you can afford to put at risk.
What is paper trading vs live trading?
Paper bots run the real strategies on simulated fills, so you can watch a bot work without risking a dollar. Live bots place real orders with real money. Every number and every feed row on this site is labeled PAPER or LIVE at equal weight. Paper results are simulations.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from your account, and your bots stop trading. You can also pause a single bot or revoke its API key at your venue, which cuts access instantly without waiting on anyone.
Do I need an exchange account to start?
No. There are three doors in. Start in demo: run any bot in paper mode with nothing connected and watch it trade simulated capital. For live crypto, connect an account at any of 10+ exchanges using trade-only keys. For live stocks, connect a brokerage you already use (Alpaca, Tradier, eToro, Public.com), including IRA accounts.

Who makes the trading decisions?
You direct everything: which strategies run, how much capital each one gets, and when it all stops. The software executes within that configuration and never beyond it. AutoCoin is a self-directed tool, not an investment adviser, and it makes no discretionary decisions outside the settings you chose.
At what balance does AutoCoin make sense?
$149/month is a flat software fee, not a percent of your assets, so the math is simple. On $10,000 it is 1.5% of the account per month. On $25,000, 0.6%. On $50,000, 0.3%. On $100,000, 0.15%. The flat fee covers stocks and crypto together, replacing percent-of-assets management (1% a year on $100,000 is $1,000, every year) or stacking several single-market bot subscriptions. If you want the recurring fee gone entirely, the Founders Pass is $999 once for lifetime access. And the $1 trial lets you run every bot in paper mode first, so you see how the strategies behave before a monthly payment is due.
