1. How you pay
– Monthly: a $1 card verification is charged at checkout, the first 7 days are free, and after that the membership renews monthly at $149. Upgrade to Lifetime any time for $999 once. Keep Monthly for 12 payments and it becomes Lifetime automatically, with no more charges.
– Lifetime: one payment of $999 today, for lifetime access. Nothing recurs after that.
– Lifetime is a one-time payment that unlocks lifetime access, so it is final once paid. If something goes wrong with your purchase, email [email protected] and we will look at it on the facts.
– Members who started Lifetime before 23 October 2026 with a card on file and nothing charged for the first 7 days keep the terms they joined under (one payment of $999 on day 7; contacting [email protected] during those 7 days stops the $999). Members who joined before 8 October 2026 on the earlier monthly trial (a $1 card verification, then $149/month) keep those terms.
– The earlier Lifetime start with a card on file was available once per user, and creating multiple accounts to obtain it again is prohibited.

2. General Refund Policy
– Non-Refundable Services: Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions and digital services, most purchases made through Autocoin are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
– Eligible Refunds: Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
– You were charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate charges or billing errors).
– The service was not provided as described due to an error on our part.
– A technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing the service during a billing period.
– Applicable laws require a refund.

3. Refund Process

– Provide your order details, including transaction ID, date, and a description of the issue.
– We will review your request within 5 business days and notify you of the outcome.
– Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (where possible) or as a credit to your Autocoin account.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for:
– Changes in cryptocurrency market prices or volatility.
– User errors, such as sending funds to incorrect wallet addresses.
– Failure to cancel a membership before the billing date.
– Dissatisfaction with trading performance or results, as cryptocurrency trading involves inherent risk and past performance does not guarantee future results.

5. Subscription Services

– Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the service until that date.
– Refunds for subscriptions are subject to the terms above and may be prorated based on usage at our discretion.
– If your subscription was charged and you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge.

6. Chargebacks
– We encourage you to contact us directly at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly.
– Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending investigation.
